All sterling silver rings have a 3 month warranty period which does not cover customer negligence and wear and tear. Should there be any manufacturing issues within 3 months, we will be happy to assist with a repair.
All gold rings have a 6 month warranty period which does not cover customer negligence or wear and tear issues. Should there be any manufacturing issues within 6 months, we will be happy to repair or replace the ring depending on the issue.
We unfortunately do not accept returns for incorrect sizing selected by clients, "change of mind" or "incorrect care of rings" returns. Each ring is made to order therefore we, unfortunately, would not be able to facilitate these returns.
Lailah and Co. will not be held accountable for negligence of pieces or fading as a result of wear and tear. Customer negligence includes scratches, bending, peeling and damage to rhodium (silver rings) or scratches on gold.
Please see our Care Instructions page for our recommendations for keeping your pieces safe. However, should there be a manufacturing issue such as loose stones, broken or damaged prongs etc, please reach out to us via email with an image, description of the issue and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery. We will then reach out to you within 24 hours.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Please be advised that should you require cancellations, you will only have 48 hours after payment has been made to cancel your order. Once the 48 hours has elapsed, we unfortunately are not able to cancel your order.
REFUNDS
In the case of loss or damage due to courier hijacking or unforeseen circumstances as such, customers will be refunded over the span of 3-5 months (in monthly payments).
The reason for this is because none of the couriers operating in SA will be compensating Lailah and Co. for any loss or damage to parcels over the value of R10 000. Therefore, we would be held solely responsible for the client's refund even though the parcel was safely packed and dispatched from us.
