We provide custom order services thanks to our reputable, experienced and talented third party jewellers. Please be advised that all custom orders are only available in 9ct and 18ct gold (yellow, white and rose) as well as Platinum. The only stones that we offer for these orders are moissanites, cubic zirconia, morganite, moon stones and lab-created diamonds for the time-being.
* No custom orders will be made in sterling silver as of 1 May 2022.
All invoices are valid for 30 days and prices may be subject to change thereafter so payments need to be made within 30 days of invoice issue.
All custom orders take between 4 and 8 weeks to manufacture. This depends on design, material, stones and also order volume. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
If you would like to utilise our in-house partial payments method, please be advised that ring manufacturing will only commence once 3/4 of the full amount has been paid. Please take this into consideration when using this payment method.
